These Terms of Service apply to your use of sterlingandheath.com and to any purchase you make from Sterling & Heath ("we", "us", "our"), an online jewelry store operated from Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

• Our silver jewelry is genuine sterling silver, never silver-plated. Most pieces are 925 sterling silver, and a few are 990 or 999 fine silver. The purity of each piece is shown on its product listing.
• Our crystal bracelets combine natural stone beads with 925 sterling silver charms and accents. Natural stones vary in color, pattern and size, so each piece may look slightly different from the photo.
• We try to show colors and details accurately, but screens differ, and photos may show pieces larger than actual size.
• Jewelry for babies and children should always be worn under adult supervision. Small parts may be a choking hazard.

Prices and promotions

• All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and include free shipping within the United States.
• When your order totals USD $500 or more, 20% off your entire order is applied automatically in your bag. We may change or end promotions at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.
• Any import duties or taxes charged by U.S. authorities are the buyer's responsibility.

Orders and payment

• Payment is made through PayPal, using your PayPal balance or a credit or debit card. No PayPal account is required.
• After you pay, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraud, and we will fully refund any payment in that case.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders ship from Hong Kong and usually arrive in about 20 days. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer and deducted from the refund. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Use of our website

All text, photos and design on this site belong to Sterling & Heath or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our consent. You agree not to misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it or access it in unauthorized ways.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
