Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

• Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
• Cost: Shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum purchase.
• Where orders ship from: Every piece ships from our studio partner in Hong Kong.
• Delivery time: Please allow about 20 days (approximately 12–15 business days) from order to delivery. Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
• Tracking: We email you a confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

Returns

• Return window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
• Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping. The return shipping cost is deducted from your refund.
• Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different piece, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
• Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

How to start a return

Email contact@sterlingandheath.com with your order number (or receipt number) and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method (PayPal or card), minus the return shipping cost. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
